We will always love France!

We recently had the opportunity to do a special event with a Parisian bistro themed menu, how could we possibly pass that up. Here is the menu Chef Jessica Came up with.

Seared Hudson Valley foie on brioche w/ blackberry bourbon jam and pink peppercorn
Pissaladiere (caramelized onion tart w/cured olives)
Escargots a la Bourguignon wrapped in phyllo dough
Lyonnaise Salad – frisee, duck confit, braised bacon, dijon vinaigrette, poached egg
Butter Poached Lobster – beurre blanc, fines herbes, mache
Steak Diane – NY strip, cognac, hen of the woods mushrooms, creme fraiche
Pommes Dauphinoise w/ gruyere
Haricots Verts – sliced almonds, lemon zest
